CALIFORNIA TAMALE PIE SLOW COOKER RECIPE

1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1-1/2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 1/4 ounces sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Stir together cornmeal, milk and egg. Add remaining ingredients,
except cheese. Pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4
hours. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and cook another 5 minutes.
